Good news never comes alone... 2 days ago, we were releasing the V1 of our app, today you're going to test it. You’ll have the power to choose our very first jersey’s design. 3 different inspirations for only one choice. Heavy responsibility on your shoulders. 1st version: A dark version, full of references to our holders and our history. You'll find our logo in reflective material on the front. On the sleeves, references to the army of robots that make us what we are today. A part of you will be physically on our jersey, as all our holders' wallet addresses will appear on the back, a nice reference to our best web3 community. Here too, the nickname and the big Heroez logo will be made of reflective material. A great way to stand out from the competition. (Note that the sponsors logo are not present on this draft) 2nd version: This version is quite similar to the first in its references to Heroez. We're going for a purple version reflecting our image. The back is reworked with a different look, with the logo blending into the tshirt (not reflective). We've decided to keep the reference to the wallet address, which is very important to us. 3rd version: This one is the inspiration of our designer, more sober in terms of references (only the purple graphic chart). The idea was to let the artist's imagination run free, and come up with a version that could be understood by an audience beyond our closed circle of Heroez Holderz. 4th version: None of them, rework it So, which one thrills you the most? As you probably saw during the last announcement, we’ve an urgent DAO vote regarding the project proposal we recently received. The freelance team’s manager is looking to build a team to compete in the upcoming Mastercard Nexus Tours, a French open tournament for League of Legends. The tournaments offer a prize pool of 1.75k euros each, and there are three tournaments scheduled from late June to late July, with a total prize pool of 5.25k euros. The team manager, Elendil, is seeking support from our organization to build a competitive team for these tournaments. He is requesting a monthly budget of $500 to bring together talented players and establish a strong team structure. However, Elendil is concerned about losing potential players to other teams as the time is running out . There is a bigger picture involved as well. Following the circuits, there will be playoffs, and the top two teams from the playoffs will have the opportunity to compete in a promotion tournament for the French Division 2. This league is known for its high level of competition and is comparable to most Division 1 leagues in Europe. Securing a spot in this league is a significant achievement, and while it may not be allowed to sell the spot, it holds considerable value. Warning - this league isn’t a professional one (so is it out of our scope/target for Heroez?) Do we want content during a minimum of 2 months on League of Legends ? English version first - check below for French version Following our split with the Apex roster last week, we have been contacted by a number of professional LFO teams (Looking for an organization). It's time for all of us to decide our next strategic move on the Apex esport scene! The teams which contacted us are from North America, South America, Asia and Europe. The best market in terms of audience and performance remains the NA market, but it's out of our reach. Europe remains second in terms of performance, but the audience of the EU teams who have contacted us is still too low for the salary they require (1,200 euros/player). In terms of cost/performance ratio, the SA and Asia regions are an opportunity for us. A quick recap of our previous strategies: 1st roster with Askyy, we relied on the community aspect to onboard web2 fans in our project. As our webapp/marketplace wasn't developed, we realized that the onboarding process was too complex for people unfamiliar with web3, even though the need existed. 2nd roster, the strategy was a training strategy to target performance, and above all very inexpensive. Unfortunately, we won't be able to know whether this strategy will ever pay off. The idea here would be to go for performance, since we're talking about teams that finished in the top 5 of their respective Pro Leagues and are therefore among the top 40 teams in the world, at a slightly higher cost than with the previous roster. The question is: in view of recent events and the context presented, do you consider appropriate to recruit a roster to take part in the Worlds in London next July? Option 1 Yes, let’s go to the Worlds with a new roster! Even if we just parted way with our Apex roster, we go to the Worlds in London with a new roster. In this situation we must be cautious with our public announcement, due to the recent events. Also, the budgeted cost for the London event would be about 4000 euros for the 3 players and 2 staff members (transportation, housing and meals included). Our players would train several days together on site before the LAN. The budget for our new roster would be around 9,000 euros for a six-month contract. Note that the global cash prize for the Worlds is USD 1,000,000 (300k for the winner). Option 2 No, let's wait for the new Apex season! We choose not to rush now and remain in the shadow until EA announces the next Pro circuit 2023-24. If the cashprizes and big orgs stay on Apex, we could imagine a relaunch. That's about 4 months without a pro team. However, we could do some activations/tournaments/think about recruiting an amateur roster... La question est : au vu des événements récents et du contexte présenté, jugez-vous opportun de recruter un roster pour participer aux Mondiaux de Londres en juillet prochain ? Option 1 Oui, on va aux Mondiaux avec un nouveau roster ! Même si nous venons de nous séparer de notre roster Apex, nous allons aux Mondiaux à Londres avec un nouveau roster. Dans cette situation, nous devons être prudents avec notre annonce publique, en raison des événements récents. Le coût budgété pour l'événement londonien serait d'environ 4000 euros pour les 3 joueurs et 2 membres du staff (transport, logement et repas inclus). Nos joueurs s'entraîneraient plusieurs jours ensemble sur place avant la LAN. Le budget de notre nouveau roster serait d'environ 9 000 euros pour un contrat de 6 mois. To give some context, 70 holders have claimed their OG Armor. We were very pleased with the feedback we got on this project. Many members of the Fulllife community wanted to get it before they knew it was a private operation. Initially, we were constrained to produce 200 pieces. So we have 130 left. You will thus help us decide the outcome of the remaining pieces. Option 1 We put everything on sale on Fulllife’s website which will help us to push side marketing. Pros : Potential additional income that would allow us to develop an additional range of merch in collab with the brand. Cons : Questioning the OG Armor concept. Option 2 We keep the total leftover for marketing operations (giveaways, tournaments, community events...). Pros : Good funnel of acquisition, qualitative merch which was very appreciated. Cons : The remaining quantity is quite important, hard to get rid of 130 pieces in marketing operations / questioning the concept of OG Armor + high cost of acquisition. Option 3 Hybrid solution: sale of 100 pieces and stock of 30 pieces for marketing operations. Pros: Potential additional income / good acquisition funnel. Good mix between the first two options. Cons: Questioning the OG armor concept.

Good morning fam, as you probably know, Shishi has been working for 2 weeks on organizing a unique tournament concept on Apex Legends for the EMEA professional community. We’re currently finalizing the registration process with players (approx 15 days) and we’ll be able to launch mid February if everything goes well. We ask our fellow DAO members to validate the cash prize allocated to this tournament: proposed total cash prize is 1,500 euros (1st: 800 euros, 2nd: 400 euros, 3rd: 300 euros) . This time, it's a simple "Yes/no" voting. Important things to know: A proof of concept to start gaining much more visibility This concept is a proof of concept. If it’s a success there will be other seasons and an additional format for the amateur scene (allowing us to gain much visibility). Sponsoring opportunities We’re already discussing with potential sponsors (but mostly for the next seasons). This could bring an interesting financial stream to Heroez. Potential revenues in the future If it’s a real success, we could monetize these future regular tournaments "By Heroez" and make them indispensable in the esports scene.

Heroez ambitions to create a 360° fan-centric esport experience. Part of this experience will be a digital experience, through a dedicated web application. The idea is to build this experience in an iterative way, basing our product choices on community feedback, with the objective to delight the Heroez community. To achieve it, in order to orient the first design & development efforts, we ask you to tell us what are the most important needs/desires you want us to address first. The option that will get the most votes will be the first addressed in our product roadmap. This time, it's a quadratic voting, meaning that each voter may spread voting power across any number of choices. The results will reflect both the voting power distributed and the number of contributors who voted for a certain option. Option 1 "I want to follow the activity of the Heroez esport team(s)" The idea is to give you more visibility and news on the esport teams' present and future. Possible features: team roadmap, competitive calendar, tournaments agenda & ranking, Twitch live cast with commentator, team news (articles, photos, videos), players profiles & perf / analytics, game debrief... Option 2 "I want to engage with the Heroez community" The idea is to enable our community members better interact with other members, players and management, both in the digital and physical world. Possible features: create an event, book an event, follow socials, lives, conferences & AMAs, subs, display Heroez land in the metaverse... In app messaging and forum would however remain in Discord. Option 3 "I want to participate in Heroez strategic decisions" As Heroez is a DAO, NFT holders have a right to participate in strategic decisions. As of today, we are using Snapshot to enable our holders to vote for strategic decisions. In the future web app, we could add software integrations enabling you to access directly to the proposals. Possible features: review proposal, make proposal, vote, check the vote's results, elect a council, run for council elections...It is not our ambition to become a software for DAO management, so the main idea here is to build strong integrations (API) with tools like Snapshot, Wonder,... Option 4 "I want to work for Heroez" To build a strong DAO, the idea is to empower our community to participate in Heroez operations by performing tasks to help the project grow. Possible features: review tasks, apply for tasks, receive payment...It is not our ambition to become a software for DAO management, so the main idea here is to build strong integrations (API) with tools like Wonder which already have dedicated features for that. Option 5 "I want to support Heroez esport club / I want to show I belong to Heroez" The idea is to enable our community members show their belonging to Heroez / support financially the activity of the club. Possible features: Display Heroez NFTs, buy NFTs...Here we would also consider building strong integrations with specialized applications or marketplaces (eg: OpenSea).
